4S Online Order Forms submitted without a valid 4S Distributing Account established with approved Licenses, Shipping/Delivery Terms, Payment Terms and Credit Terms with 4S Distributing will be cancelled without notification.
4S Online Orders Forms placed online by non-licensed personnel or entities will be cancelled without notification.
4S Online Orders Forms placed online by non-validated accounts will be cancelled without notification.
Shipping: 4S Distributing will make every effort to ship within 3 business days of order being processed. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond 4S Distributing’s control processing may be delay, please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing.
Best Way Shipping: 4S Distributing will ship orders Best Way. Best Way allows 4S Distributing to maintain shipping expenses. Best Way for 4S Distributing means orders (partial/full) might be shipped via different carriers.
Returns: All items sold are “as is”. All sales are final.
Back Orders: In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, 4S Distributing will notify customer.
License Requirements: EIN, State License(s) and/or Sale Tax Certificate may be required to purchase. (Example: DSHS/FDA restricted items). In the case that more information is required for purchase, 4S Distributing will reach out to the customer to obtain the required information. 4S Distributing maintains the right to refuse shipping/delivery of all purchases if customer does not provide the required valid information.
Refunds: All refunds will be credited to customer’s 4S Distributing account. Call to get authorization and procedures.
Chargebacks: Customers will be assessed a $25 fee.
